The SEC and Wall Street

    This is a perfect example.....of the melding of legal largesse with regards to the police policing the police in the US Securities industry.....

    The SEC/WS cesspool creates legal largesse to the degree that as soon as it is possible, the exchanges will list in other domiciles.....

    The US needs to reduce legal largesse.....

    The answer is to streamline legal largesse....and to have reduced equal pay on both sides of the line......

    Otherwise....just more of the same.....

    The SEC just serves as a stepping stone to better pay on the corporate side.....resulting in castastrophes such as the subprime debacle......

    The SEC is a joke.......

    What's your point?

    You can just look up the founding of SEC and it's beginnings. It was never found to help the public or the investor.

    So enough crying.
