Oh, and yeah, you're a flaming racist, so be sure to look for the asbestos sheets and hood at your local Stormfront Superstore.

  2. Yeah , truth be told I could if I were really really desperate.
I'm a notch or two higher on the pecking order than you.

  3. Right , funny how fast liberals switch into the despotic role.

What is the true middle? Everyone essentially believes they hold the moderate view. Who determines what the more considered view is, and how is that determined?

For perspective, consider the fact that Reagan's policies would be viewed as left of center by today's Right Wing.

That's exactly my point. Where does the true middle lie, if there is such a thing? Isn't it always about perspective?

What my prior post suggests is that the Right Wing has gone increasingly farther to the right. This does not suggest the middle ground, but rather a further straying from it. So whatever that middle ground may be, it is arguably not what the current Right would have you believe.

"cannot be trusted to govern yourselves", the mantra of leftists everywhere.

And just a little geography lesson genius, "North and South Georgia" are not separate states.

The same might be said about the current left.

In a few of the prior posts, some of the great tyrants of the last century were mentioned. Did they consider themselves extremists? I would wager many didn't. Maybe those who died at their hands considered themselves to be in the middle. It would seem they were in the wrong middle at that time in history.

My question remains: What or who determines the considered view? Intellectuals? Majority opinion? And if those are a few of the answers, what makes them the right answers?

Did you forget the question as soon as you read it or did you fail to answer it intentionally as you so often do?
