Tomorrow morning's GDP print will determine whether that upper TL will break. I hope it does, because the lower TL I see is at ~3520. That would be very ugly TA result.

For example, not just trendlines but also the venerable Dow Theory and the BASIC-BASIC lower low and lower high Weekly Macd had already crossed the zero-line Feb 28. On 5/9, just 3 days before the last post of this thread, SPX took out the 23.6% support level, a monthly support level of Battalion #1 But still, despite all this, nobody bothered to even mention that a TOP had been likely printed!! Yikes!

Look to the middle of the chart at the 2/24/2022 candle's long leg. do you see that there was considerable uuuumph slingshot from the energy within that support. Look how far up it shot the Dow. Boom!!!! Nobody knows for sure how this next attack of the level will be or if it will even get there. But it pays to be aware of it. I see the TL broke bigly, so I took it. No target at the moment since it is on December contract. It is not a comfortable trade, but considering this is August when the whole government goes to sleep, seems an OK entry point.
