Was out friday at the close (russel 2000, no leverage- I am a pussy). I am horrible at predictions but my opaque crystal ball told me that the rally has factored in all the good news and too many people are expecting a christmas rally.... which means down for a little spell.

Probably be wrong, but good call for you rubberbird. You did miss this whole rally though, right?

  2. did I knock the yarn off the ball here or what?

If I was even slightly wrong here, at least 10 losers would have been all over me. That's why ET sucks now. There is no one left on the site who are men enough to acknowledge others good calls. Seeing what happened here, why on earth would anyone ever stick their neck out and make a call on ET?

  3. where is this coming from? have you secretly been checking my accounts?

some advice to you, amigo: the next time a little birdy whispers something in your ear, make sure that birdy is not on lithium.

rubberbird has made some excellent calls, I give him his due, ok?

I need to see a pattern however, not just two calls. This is not knocking bird at all, he may the best here - I dunno.

If rubber is indeed that good, then I for one want him to post.

  7. since I see some fools have jumped on this up day as a rally renewal, I must throw water on this and say that the S&P will fade into the close today, and there will be no rally continuation next week, just a grind lower.

  8. This is saying a lot coming from a guy that has not made once single bullish post during this
ENTIRE 8 WEEK RALLY. Tell me, what is it like to miss out on a 104 handle rally in the SPX?

    :D

  9. The historic seasonality for next 2 weeks is:

    Dec 12-16 bearish
    Dec 19-23 strongly bullish
