    Was I wrong here? Got stopped out overnight. I will probably not trade for rest of the month so that I can say I'm up 8% in January.

    A decent bearish divergence has just formed on hourly ES charts with MACD histogram and RSI . Lower from here?

  10. The indicators seem to drag downwards during congestion periods- if you're using 60 minute charts- there's a cluster of hourly bars 1275 and 1279- i'd call that congestion- it looks like traders are hyper sensitive to oil- or it s a big coincidence.

    I was refering to a post about rsi and macd divergence - during congestion they (indicators) sometimes slack off suggesting lower prices ahead - not always so. Watch the Dow Transports with your daily analysis- sometimes they help.
