    This drop (30pts at 1330hrs ET) is B.S. -- it's profit-taking.
    It dies in minutes.

Market will be flat for next 3 days, despite
    • haters hating on China
    • moaners/whiners moaning/whining on Iran
    • ignoramuses ignoring DPRK-un.
    • Pelosi pushing 'peachment-backers back.

Things be sounder than anyone wants to admit; the market will catch up to this fact, and ease-on-up.

    Great time to sell vol.

("Wow! You're short-term bullish?!? That's news!" Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. )

You had a good call in July, and failed to profit.
Almost 2 months later, now you think you're a sagegrouse!?

Here's what MY (clean) DAILY RTH-only ESZ19 chart.
    You've taken zero profits.

No Hate though. I hope you make and take some.

6 months ago you said short the SPX at 2930 and got stopped out with a loss. Markets haven't moved since then ( slightly up overall ). What on earth do you think people are supposed to be impressed about concerning your mediocre calls this year ? One of my funds is up 26% ytd and you don't see me crowing about it on this site.

You gonna finally grow some balls and actually place some directional bets or just cast stones at those that do ?

There is a reason you left the pit and became a vendor. If you could actually trade you would not be on here peddling bullshit to newbie dreamers.

    Love me
    Or hate me

The top is still in and SPX will touch 2650 first before ever trading above 3100

Do you remember Gary Larson's The Far Side cartoon? The one about "What we say to dogs" versus "What they hear"? That's how you might take these calls.

Volente said, "Market blah blah blah Top. Down massively to blah blah blah before it gains blah blah. This will be good blah blah blah blah weeks blah blah."

If you just acted on that, he'd nailed it. Forget the 26xx{?} part -- "Phew!" If you held it as "good" for short amount of weeks {not the months{?}-long dire prediction}, you're good again! Just take the timing and the direction, and you'd've made money.

    So, back to Gary Larson....

You are right the market is still around here and 7/24/2019 was timely. But how far will this drop?
