The Rise of the Day Trader

Discussion in 'Professional Trading' started by Pekelo, Jan 26, 2009.

  1. It's a very strange phenomenon in which supposed traders become members of a forum for traders and display animosity toward successful career traders. Most probably the result of self-loathing I presume but everyone is allowed their own opinions, however foolish.

personally I believe that it was discovered that this board was very politically conservative and liberal shitheads had to pile on with their endless stream of useless attacks. They are just into misinformation and disinformation all day every day... I'm a trader, been so for 15 years or so, I do my own due diligence, it's better than paying attention to every ignorant pos that comes along....

No offense but which planet were you on in 2008 when the markets were crashing?! Mainstream media was pointing the finger squarely at those 'greedy day traders' shorting the market .. hence the ban on short sales! Have you not worked it out yet? Day traders are the scape goat.

Around the time friends (who don't trade and know nothing about it) were asking me if I know anyone who is involved in this evil short sale practice. I wonder where they heard that from!

Watch what happens if we have another significant leg down to new lows ... look who get's the blame.
