You're right, probably a bit of both. I like to occasionally probe the minds of the kinds of people who seem to honestly think things like the economy dramatically worsened between 2009 and 2017. It's interesting to see if I can figure out why they think that and why they're able to resist obvious reality for so long without running afoul of cognitive dissonance. Sometimes you learn something interesting, other times not so much.
The only cognitive dissonance is operating in your fragile world that is falling apart as Mr T defies all the commies...leftists..economists...and other possible dipsticks. Mr T is MAGA and leftists cannot endure it. Socialists are beside themselves. You wanna buy a trumpy bear?
PS the economists...i.e. the leftist economists predicted if Trump won the stock market would crash and the end of America was nigh. First thing that happened is the markets rallied and now one year later we are are having all time record highs almost daily. Companies are racing back to USA. New jobs being created. Now if we can just get rid of Nafta..opps that is another can of worms to open. Marketsurfer had to flee in disgusts cause his price drivers failed. In fact Sig you could be marketsurfer incognito???
