Thanks for the post, I thought this graph was very illuminating of my earlier points, that even using the flawed simplistic model of economics that the volpi's of the world have bounding around in their heads, their assertions are objectively false. I wonder if he's going to accuse some socialist egghead in an ivory tower of manufacturing those fake S&P 500 returns? Or will he be content to just continue rolling on the floor laughing at who knows what.
Calculated Risk is one of the best blogs on the US economy (and housing, in particular) out there... Moreover, it's reasonably light on opinion and focuses on tracking specific relevant bits of data. I am a huge fan. And yes, I am really not sure which particular bits elicited the puzzling ROFLMAO reaction. Maybe we will never know the answer to that.

I try to calculate all my risk on trading..especially when scaling into a losing trade. So important! ROFL
There is safety in a multitude of counselors providing at least ONE knows what they are doing or what they are talking about. At least the odds favor that at least one will have the word for the hour or moment.

Interesting, I'm a military man myself. Do you have any advice on transitioning from military to civilian life? Particularly interested in any info regarding transitioning into a career in buisness/finance.
