Actually yes. Why should Israel be responsible for people who chose to flee Israel in order to allow/help the arab armies to drive the jews into the sea? And who is going to be responsible and compensate 900,000 jewish refugees and their descendants (about half of Israel's population) who were expelled from Arab countries in the 20th century and who were resettled in Israel without any assistance from the UN or any other international/refugee organization?
Certainly. And that makes you a hypocrite. LOL, Arabs murdering Jews in the 1920s in British mandate Palestine is the fault of the US. Nice one!
wow, so that's your explanation for where we are now??? awesome... talk to you after the next suicide bombing, "good guy"...
because Israel caused the problem, aided in this by the US and to some extent by the Old Powers... now re the jewish refugees, that's a valid point, and similarly they should be allowed to return or be compensated fairly... i don't believe there is any opposition from the arab states to that... as for compensation and who pays i'd suggest the same as for the palestinian refugees: why do you find this so shocking? i mean some day the dust is going to have settle on all of this don't you think??
Good news! You can return to hell as many times as you wish! You can also expect a different result each time you return! This world has many seeming separate haunts where mercy has no meaning, and attack appears as justified. Yet all are one; a place where death is offered to God's Son and to his Father. You may think They have accepted. But if you will look again upon the place where you beheld Their blood, you will perceive a miracle instead. How foolish to believe that They could die! How foolish to believe you can attack! How mad to think you could be condemned, and that the holy Son of God could die! How's that for a dispassionate view? Time passes, but the issues remain... Jesus
You mean Israel caused the problem when it declared its independence in 1948 in accordance with UN resolution 181, was invaded by 5-7 arab armies and arabs fled Israel fully expecting to return victorious within 2-3 weeks? Actually I don't hear the arab world talk about compensating the jews they expelled (in other words compensating half of Israel), I don't hear their lackeys like Z10 and yourself whine 24/7 about the fate of jewish refuges the way you keep whining about palestinian refugees who have no one but themselves and the arab world to blame to begin with. For the record I don't have a problem with some kind of a financial arrangement to compensate Palestinian (and hopefully jewish) refugees but the right of return is a non-starter for obvious demographic reasons. People advocating it just like people advocating a one state solution don't want peace in the middle east, they want Israel to be wiped off the map one way or another. And guess what, Israel does not give a shit about these fringe morons. Israel exists and will exist as a democratic jewish state, people like you with your absurd unrealistic views and positions simply prevent the creation of a palestinian state alongside Israel.
no, i just mean what i said strangely enough, ie: Israel caused the problem, aided in this by the US and to some extent by the Old Powers... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1947_UN_Partition_Plan For the record the arabs had nothing to do with WWI nor WWII, nor with anti-semitism in Europe, therefore had precious little reason to sympathise with a plan forced upon them by the main culprits (Old Powers and colonists), and only made possible thanks to US financing and post WWII position of power. There were other alternatives being explored by the jewish territorialists and the Freeland League after them, eg the Kimberley plan, Galveston (Texas) etc http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Territorialism ... please let us know more about the fate of the jewish refugees... i say this without irony... i once went to Khao-I-Dang and i don't think its smart to say that refugees have no one but themselves to blame... why didn't you start with this then instead of throwing bullets left right & center??? my suggestion is that sufficient compensation should be enough for most palestinians to waive their right of return and accept that the outcome is "fair enough". it doesn't seem to me that there would be much opposition to the right of return of jewish refugees... but am happy for you to prove me wrong i don't want israel wiped off the map for that would be yet another humanitarian catastrophe and we've had more than enough of those, but the zionist regime and mindset, yes, and NOW if not yesterday! they and their blinkered US support are the main cause of escalation and radicalisation in the middle east, there is little doubt about that outside the US and Israel... and you can think what you want... while the body bags are piling up...
