The week or so in question had a number of interesting "coincidences", both direct and thematically. I will not provide all instances and details here as it may be counter productive to an optimal outcome, if there should be an outcome. Someone was repeatedly changing their SSID names, seemingly flashing a message then briefly shutting off their device. Then another SSID name that was suggestive of a message would appear. This was the same pattern I observed in a different location last year. There is more than a reasonable chance these messages were intended for me. Especially considering others aspects of "communication" being involved. Later in the day, I observed three unusual individuals for the area walking into the facility as I was walking into it, in an apparent thematic continuation to other events. While there is currently little trust between us, it seems there is an issue worthy of pursuit. While I don't know how much I can help with this issue, as long as my possible assistance with this issue does not compromise me in any way, I am willing to discuss further.
You didn't upgrade your hat's foil lining with lead flashing did you? I am quite involved with Uke stuff and I'm pretty fucking certain Russia would sweeten my tea if it was convenient. However, other than rotating nics now and again and using layered VPNs, I don't really feel paranoid. I'd put a sweat band between your skin and the lead flashing. Thing are bad enough for you with just the FAS.
