Socialism is a government concept as is communism, marxism, capitalism, etc. Jesus was clear to distinguish between the individual and the government. Jesus said, 'Give unto Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's.' Meaning government and Faith were distinct and separate and God was not involved with government.
