in the beginning it talks about religion etc...

then second half its about sept 11 attacks..

then third is about banking system...banking cartels, how they control money., shows parallels to stuff that has happened in history...very informative.

you have got to watch this. but be patient. i am gong to see this again this weekend. really well done. but don't be bored in the beginning..

The Secretary shall coordinate, as appropriate, with foreign financial authorities and central banks to work toward the establishment of similar programs by such authorities and central banks.
