  1. Wasn't the Soviet Union an atheists country. They had wars, greed, and they certainly had financial collapse.

  2. Completely wrong: the only fact that you established is the one that you reject all contrary evidence for whatever reason.

Maybe you should ponder what evidence it would take to convince you to change your mind?

  5. those groups are purported to have democrats in them too.

Bush was no advocate of "ethnic cleansing" such as Hitler/Goebbels.

  6. What evidence do you have? I'll take a burning bush that doesn't get consumed. (It doesn't count if it is doused in a flammable liquid as then it is the liquid that is burning not the bush).

  7. I'm not intent on proving any evidence to you, I'm just asking if you have even taken the time to ponder just exactly what criteria you demand of yourself.

  8. Burning bush is fairy tale, NOT evidence. You can't bring fairy tales into serious discussion buddy.

Bible is fairy tale bullshit, not evidence. Bring some Evidence.

  9. Naturally throughout my teen years and even into my 20's I pondered, studied, and analyzed all world views. I came to the conclusion NOTHING in the universe REQUIRES a concious creator for it to be explained so why create one.

In other words, the knowledge that we do have can be explained by natural laws. Of course, our knowledge of the universe is very small but I have no doubt that any knowledge we gain in the future will be explainable with natural laws.

In any case, nobody has been able to show PROOF of a creator. And some very smart people down through the ages have tried. It is impossible to prove a negative so I will never be able to PROVE my belief. I can't PROVE that dragons don't exist either but I'm certainly not going to believe in them because of that.

  10. I'm sorry you seem to be confused, I'm not asking you to prove a negative.

I just merely asked you to ponder what proof you need to change your mind on the existence of a creator.
