The Psychology of Improvement

Discussion in 'Psychology' started by mikeriley, Dec 30, 2024.

  1. I think psychology plays a role in trading, the extent of which depends on the individual and where he's coming from. But only after a viable trading method is in place. However, I don't know about all this God and universe manifestation stuff; that's not so much psychology as it is woo-woo.

EDIT: Individual psychology can play a role even during the development of the method, since we don't all have the same risk profiles, and must each develop an approach within our tolerance if we are to employ it diligently.

Getting someone to admit their own delusion, it's a very rare thing.
Delusion about trading and TA? Mostly we don't know about it.
