The Proven Technique to reducing stress... and it is not meditation.

    Go try and see which helps you.

    One of my favorite.
    He is a Canadian monk who went to Nepal/Tibet to be a monk.
     
  4. Not too sure if 5 min a day would do it if meditating. It can take longer than that to get to that point where you are completely relaxed. But, if you only have 5 min, sounds like breathwork is a better choice.
     
  5. Breathwork can- in less than five minutes- interrupt stress cycles that are exploding such that you get rid of a full day of stress by preventing it. Versus getting stressed and then using relaxation techniques to remove it.

    Exhibit A in this video. In the second crossing of the bridge she prevented a round of panic and anxiety that might have otherthise taken days/months to recover from and created even more phobia.

    You have to give this reporter kudos. She put it all out there to put the report together. The heartrate data was good to see as she went along. Otherwise, you don't know if she is just being a drama queen for the audience.
