One minute you don't believe in patterns ... no patterns for saliva ... and the next one you're talking about double-tops, bottoms and picks? LOL, that information combined with your sage advice of prices flowing like water and ambigous commentary like "oh, it's there, you just have to figure it out for yourself" might be invaluable to someone like ammo, but it sounds like tripe to me.
Hello everyone, Hope you are all enjoying of a wonderful Sunday. I have one small favor to ask, please don't taint my journal with indicator talk or indicator references. Price is fine, obviously. Volume is fine, although I don't use it except for the volume bar integration. Lines are fine. Trendlines are fine. Everything else is forbidden, I don't even want indicator debates taking place, we are way past the point of ignorance here. Thank you for respecting the rules. Susana
Hmm, I ain't so sure what you say carries much weight. For one thing, if double-bottom is considered a "pattern", I suppose support or resistance can also be labeled as pattern. But then who omits support or resistance in their trading? I sure don't. Second, you seem to indulge in twisting other's words to conveniently suit your own needs. Why don't you instead go back and re-read the previous quotes from Vertigo3 (with regards to "bearish wedge"), to which I was replying to. Be that as it may, my reply wasn't so much that I don't follow patterns as much as that the "rhythm of the market flow" should be considered before using any patterns.
Most commonly referred to as "Tweezer" top/bottom. Regardless of name, well deserving of a place in the toolbox. Osorico Almost forgot... valid on ANY time-based price chart.
I prefer to use a bong than a pipe, if that's what you want to know. What did you want to know exactly and does "The Taint" suppose to have any bearing on the subject of "pipe"? I dunno where it popped out from.
You're absolutely right. Thanks for the heads-up. See, I ain't too keen on "patterns". That doesn't mean I don't follow some of them.
