Economic Reality of a State not have the money to support the shutdown and the shutdown only delaying the inevitable infection... not preventing it.? Where are these states getting the money for this when many like CA are already massively in debt?
luckily, these workers will have 49 other states to choose from where their taxes & benefits don't come with an asterisk mark.
Actually most other states are following the same guidance. And it looks like Congress will include this directive in the next COVID-19 bailout legislation plus protecting employers from lawsuits when they demand employees come back to work.
