bullshit... an image on the internet released by some staffer is not a certified birth certificate. you can't take a picture of a dollar bill and present it for payment. you can't take a picture of a state certified document and present it to a court as a certified record.. It may get into evidence if there is no way to get a certified record but it is not a certified record.
