Yeah, I didn't know that until I saw a documentary about the outbreak in New Orleans and one of the causes was the Mardi Gras. Unfortunately, the documentary focus on the deaths of famous people that died from Covid-19 which some of their family members pointing a finger to the attendance / participation in the Mardi Gras. They cancelled St. Patrick's Day. Now I wouldn't trust literally millions of drunk people to follow masking guidelines, but in 4 weeks the numbers are going to be really low. By that time pretty much all the old people will be vaccinated, so a little natural spread might be a good thing among the young.
