  1. Smaller than it should have been (I cut my GE into 1/3 - something just didn't look right, "shoulda" left it alone).

    Anyway +$340

By "didn't look right", do you mean didn't look right for a stock that just reported earnings, or in a different kind of way?

How'd IBM and C look to you?

  3. GE gapped up 33 cents or so with yesterday's MOC. (to $38.00). It was trading premarket at 37.10 or so with 25,000 shares offered at 37.15. NYOB had 56,000 shares to buy above $38 before the open (which generally means nothing, except on expiration day). That combined with the fact the whole Bright family was short from the $38 close, "looked funny" LOL.

I warned everyone about IBM, still had a couple who lost $$. Didn't check C, it's not on my opening list.

  4. Geez....up $600 at 9:34 - covered half of my SFD short, thought I would wait (it was the only loser, down $100)....as it proceeds to go up 70 cents....came back down "some" - Net +$245 (coulda been worse).

Gotta watch those quarterly reports, and a whole bunch of earnings this week, but you guys know that.

  5. No fills except for a couple long test positions. Good thing they were only 100 shares or I would have been blasted.

No fills yesterday....still watching out for the earnings landmines for another week or so, then should be back to regular list of stocks until retailers next month.
