The only solution: 50 year, 0% rate mortgages

  1. Only for already troubled homeowners, to avoid another bubble.

The Fed prints moey at 0% and it's passed at the same rate to mortgages, unless they are late in their payments.

  2. Don't the Japanese have inter-generational 100 year mortgages?

They better solution is to just inflate away everybody's mortgage, credit card debt, student loans, and also inflate away the national debt. (tongue in cheek)
