The one post per minute is a pain

Not sure how its working, but seems like more than a minute , even 2 minutes many times (prob using a 1 min clock not seconds).

Anyhow, annoying to have to wait 30-45 extra seconds to post.

How about changing it to 2 posts per 'minute', that would fix it.

On occasion, I have wanted to post faster than was allowed.
