This is a state level investigation.... as I outlined before the Federal DA in the Eastern and Central District of North Carolina has been ordered via the court filings filed by Democrats to stay out of the investigation until the state elections board completes its process.
Trump had no problem ordering states to give up their voter rolls but on this issue he wants to hold back because of his respect for federal legal limits? Imagine if a Democrat Rep was caught doing the same. You can keep repeating DEMOCRATS as much you want, fact is that a Republican was caught and that's how it will be remembered.
You really should go read the other thread where I will be posting updates of the State Election Board hearing this week to get some context and proper up-to-date information - https://www.elitetrader.com/et/threads/the-latest-from-the-9th-district-controversy.330003/
No interest in your thread, I will follow THIS PARTICULAR news about a REPUBLICAN committing a crime instead of your diluted '9th district controversy' LOL, who are you kidding with that headline? You had no problem peddling 'DEMOCRATIC VOTER FRAUD' even when you had no proof but here you want to call it a generic 'controversy' Hhahaha
You really should go read the thread about Democratic voter fraud and educate yourself.... https://www.elitetrader.com/et/thre...nificant-and-perpetrated-by-democrats.328708/
You are a Republican, education is the last thing I expect from you. Fact - Republican committed election and voter fraud, plenty of evidence to prove it in this thread, Your whitewashing won't work.
“State election officials in North Carolina said that a political operative for Republican Mark Harris orchestrated a ‘coordinated, unlawful, and substantially resourced absentee ballot scheme’ in the 9th Congressional District last year, hiding evidence of the operation as it unfolded and obstructing the state’s investigation after the election,” the Washington Post reports. “Those explosive charges opened an evidentiary hearing in Raleigh Monday, where the North Carolina State Board of Elections began listening to witness testimony to decide whether enough ballots were tampered with to taint the outcome of the 9th District race.” The Charlotte Observer has more on the hearing.
So where do you get your assertion that Republican operatives improperly handled 1000 ballots? All the testimony in the State Election Board hearings make it clear that Republican operatives handled just over 400 ballots. Maybe you are confused because (as reported by WRAL) Democratic operatives improperly handled 600 ballots in the same election.
