"Mr. Cuban sold his entire 6% ownership stake on June 28, 2004
he next day, on June 29, the company announced the PIPE financing and shares of the company dropped by more than 10%"

we have two theories here, it was either a coincidence that he sold right before a private investment in a public entity(which at any given day the odds of occuring might be something like 3% perhaps?) or that he insider traded(which probably happens everdy day in US markets).

It doesnt help that he sold his ENTIRE stake at once and that he is an objectivist, who tend to be assholish and 'screw the government' types
