Of course not. Lots of poor ass people of all colours who vote Republican who are also on food stamps.
Just not nearly as many as Dems.

  3. Not nearly as many as Dems......kind of irrelevant... GOP does not cut welfare programs because they know it will cost them votes just like Dems do.. Just GOP complains about it just for show and optics but won't touch the golden goose that feeds their southern voters.

    Trumpy gutting SNAP. Good.

what’s irrelevant is telling people what states use the most food stamps.
    Because states don’t eat.

  5. States represent the parties..I think most people get the fact that Red states use the most and contain more GOP voters..it is it a hard leap to understand.

    Most people are stupid.
They want to believe that more GOP voters use food stamps because of this statistic.
    And it is not true.
    Not even close to true.
But it’s easy to frame it that way.

  7. No one said more or less....just that the poorest states in the country are Red states with many GOP voters so to claim it is Dems sucking at the till completely and voting for welfare is a lie. GOP is just as vested in food stamps and welfare as Dems are and to deny is just blind ignorance.

You keep reframing the argument about who is more, but the point is the fact that those red states are the poorest in the country shows the GOP also has not addressed poverty locally or nationally and GOP cannot turn its nose up at welfare when its own party voters also take full advantage of it.

Most people are not stupid, just a few are really stubborn.

    You aren't being logical.

    Poor people use food stamps....
Dems are the vast majority of poor people...

Hence - Dems are much more likely to use food stamps..

This is borne out by the Pew Studies...

In Red States, no matter what the states' voting proclivity - this remains the case.
And if you factor in demographics, it most certainly would be the case.

  9. It's a survey based on self-reporting. An argument can be made that GOPers are more comfortable with lying than Dems are, since GOPers voted in the biggest liar in US history and continue to unconditionally support him. So the survey is only as useful as the respondents are truthful. Can you see the weak link in that chain?
