I'm starting to believe that it did take you 10,000 hours. How does my post suggest that 10,000 hours is the max? An earlier post. "LOL, One thing I've noticed about many members of ET, is that they twist and fabricate what was said by the OP so that they can make a negative comment"
Uh, you assumed it would just take you 500 hrs to be successful? Here's the reality. You're not proven yet. You can well say it will only take you 500 hrs. But that is yet to be proven. Therefore it's just BS talk. You can say you'll one day make $1000 daily once you've make it. But still that's not proven and just BS talk. Well it may have been 10,000 hours? I don't know as I haven't bother to add them up. I do know that the majority of those 10000 hours was following a lot of bad advice. With few but valuable hours of good advice inbetween.
I am daytrading futures ES. So what I post in general refers to that kind of trading. Not stocks nor options. Daytrading intradaymargin is $ 1300-1400. So every week you should make $1300-1400. Or 26-28 points ES netto.
Just 1 small remark: a lot of traders NEVER make any money consistently. Regardless of the hours they spent.
Reality? quite frankly, if you can't comprehend a sentence, how in the world can you read a chart? That is twice now that you have written things that I have not written anywhere! Where have I ever stated that I assume or think that it will take me just 500 hours? Where did I say that I WILL make $1000 a day? Do you not understand English? All I have ever stated is that 10,000 hours is an arbitrary number that is meaningless as there are too many variables involved to say that it would take that many hours for everyone. Nobody really knows!
