  2. I believe in gratitude. I feel that gratitude is something that helps us to notice the blessings that we often ignore very easily. I never felt so blessed for the water flowing from my faucet after I turned it on, I never focussed on how big a blessing it is to be able to sleep in a cozy bed on a winter night or what a blessing it is to be able to have your five senses working. From the day I started practicing gratitude I’m grateful for every single breath. I’ve never felt more happy, alive or content with my life.

  3. As they say, fake it till you make it. Don’t wait for something big to happen but, instead be grateful for little things. This is really a great habit to work on. Chant your gratitude affirmations at least twice in a day, once in the morning and once before going to bed. It is a known fact that the things you are grateful for will start flowing in abundance into your life. I practice gratitude daily but the sad part is I’m not a billionaire.
