Even the pundits now agree that the market is rigged.

The bailouts have come and gone, leaving a vastly consolidated, less-competitive marketplace. Washington's swipe at the industry, the Dodd-Frank Act, largely avoided remaking the industry or ending "too big to fail." The economy isn't exactly humming, but the market is up, interest rates are low and deals are getting done.

    No bubble, no profits???

Why do you think bubble ben bernake is creating the next round of bubbles, because its the only way they can grow an economy now and probably the next 100 years.

The creation of asset bubbles around the globe is upon us, this is just the next step in creating the next round of so called "growth" for our economy.

  3. Privatize profits, Socialize losses.

  4. Bill Gross sounded pretty fed up in his recent outlook:

    * The Fed’s announcement of a renewed commitment to Quantitative Easing has been well telegraphed and the market’s reaction is likely to be subdued.
    * We are in a “liquidity trap,” where interest rates or trillions in asset purchases may not stimulate borrowing or lending because consumer demand is just not there.
    * The Fed’s announcement will likely signify the end of a great 30-year bull market in bonds and the necessity for bond managers and, yes, equity managers to adjust to a new environment.

  5. So could someone explain to me why with QE2 won't everything dollar dominated shoot up like before? A cheap buck makes expensive everything else? Even if its telegraphed it doesn't change the structural dynamics does it?
