The new trading times and intraday trading strategies for Grains

for those who day trade grains, should the fact that the open outcry pit hours have been changes, have any affect one the time that one starts the trading day?

i used to start at 10:30, now i start at 9:30... I've always ended before 3PM anyhow... so in other words, follow the pits, but in reality, volume will tell...
