The scientific evidence on the link between Vitamin D insuficiency and severe covid is actually quite extensive and it includes RCTs (Randomized Clinical Trials), that means a placebo arm. https://vdmeta.com/ https://vitamindforall.org/letter.html
Made it to bbc website 60% or 80% reduction in deaths in a doub!e blind study so fair!y robust. Hard to think discussing for a year and all over a uk +7% over normal deaths, with half lockdown or due to treatments suspended deaths. E
Yeah the same reason why the anti-malaria drug is not used either. Vitamin D3 is great for boosting immunity in general but it is not a treatment. If they didn't use it on Trump, the POTUS when he got infected, it's very likely it doesn't work. Of course the observation in the UK that decreased hospitalization by 90% and death by 80% on a massive scale after just the administration of just one single dose of Pfizer does not count. Stay away from the voodoo medical articles! LOL
Yes Vitamin D deficiency (not insufficiency) does lead to a reduced immunity overall and it would make one susceptible to any severe disease not just covid. Covid just happens to be the severe disease du jour. I bet you if you test Vitamin D deficiency against any severe infectious disease, you will get the same result. But Vitamin D deficiency is very rare because there is Vitamin D everywhere in the food you eat and it's stored in your fat so even if you are not getting enough Vitamin D from your food, you would still have it in your body. You have to be almost not eating at all to be Vitamin D deficient. But still even if Vitamin D deficiency does lead to more severe covid cases, doesn't mean pumping Vitamin D into your body would necessarily prevent severe cases nor does it mean that Vitamin D is a treatment to Covid. There is a variety of reasons that cause severe infections of diseases like covid.
No. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK532266/ "Vitamin D deficiency is a global public health issue. About 1 billion people worldwide have vitamin D deficiency, while 50% of the population has vitamin D insufficiency.[1] The prevalence of patients with vitamin D deficiency is highest in the elderly, obese patients, nursing home residents, and hospitalized patients. The prevalence of vitamin D deficiency was 35% higher in obese subjects irrespective of latitude and age.[7] In the United States, about 50% to 60% of nursing home residents and hospitalized patients had vitamin D deficiency. [8][9]" And stay at home orders have only made this worse. My siblings and parents have tested their vitamin D over the last 2 years. All of them where either deficient and insuficient, and I live in a tropical country
Study was done before Pfizer, I'm pretty sure Pres would of been on D3 supplements, it's only £4 for a pack after all. Actually cases where decreasing before the Vaccine role out, the normal group had Herd already and the previously Shielding group was near Herd aswell, then they used the covered up Oxford Vaccine deaths to scare all and push us into a 3 1/2 month so far lockdown and push unneeded vaccines to all and bring in there vaccine certificate system to unsure total compliance. Why do you think there going to such great lengths ?? The Great Reset and likely some depopulation when these Vaccines do more harm than good.
HQC or whatever, only works with Zinc, none of the studies that proved HQC didn't work, included Zinc I checked about 6 trials, why did they not try a trial with Zinc, because it works and then pandemiclite is over and everything goes back to normal, they don't want that.
I take D3 over the winter in high does or I get to Jan and I'm just ran down, about 4 years ago I discovered this after trying powerful lights and all sorts of crappola, normally have a week in Tenerife aswell mid December / Jan, come April when the Sun is out and I go for a walk with my top off ( I'm a man so legal ) and try to soak up as much D3 as possible. ( few sunny days in the UK )
Wrong again, it's D3 specifically, not just D, D3 is hard to get from food, it comes from Sunlight and the sun has to be pretty high in the sky so over the winter most places won't get any at all. D3 doesn't stop infection, but it does reduce how ill you get, from dying badly to just dying, dying to just badly ill, or badly ill to mildly ill and so on. Zinc on it's own helps, but you'd need massive doses so high that'd kill you, you need the HQC as the transport mechanism to get it into the virus and stop replication. Someone else released a 90%+ treatment aswell, strangely nobody is using these treatments, expensive I bet.
Wrong again. Read this article: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/vitamin-d2-vs-d3#TOC_TITLE_HDR_8 "The D3 form is found in fatty animal-sourced foods, such as fish oil and egg yolk." Ultraviolet sunlight is not the only way. And I was talking about the D3 form when I was talking about Vitamin D. I never said Vitamin D3 does not help. I know Vitamin D3 does help in strengthening your immunity but it's not just against covid-19, it's against everything so it's not a targetted therapy for preventing or treating covid19. You want to take whatever to strengthen your immunity to get yourself healthier that's fine but it is highly irresponsible to tout any unproven supplements or methods as targetted therapies against a severe disease like Covid-19. That's all I am saying.
