What makes you think we have an over population problem on the planet as a whole?

Have you every actually driven across a country like Canada?

There is SO much empty space on this planet.

Try it in the winter and report back. It is also about sustainability on a Western living standard. Sure we could have a couple of more billions people on the living in the streets Indian level, but that is not what we should aim for.

Once we master a form of cheap clean energy like nuclear fusion we could easily have 10s of billions of people on the planet. Of course you need to build more cities. You cant keep cramming that many people into the same city space.

I personally think that unless everyone can have their own private jet and 1000 feet of beachfront land, there are too many people.

Don't worry, Canada will be soon enough paved over with the animals driven to extinction. On the bright side, there will be even greater access to 7-11s, nail salons, Starbucks, payday loans, used car dealers, McDonalds etc etc.

OK, we will send you half the populations of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, China and Africa.

  10. Problem is not the population, just that the population all wants to live in the same place haha.

Drove from Atlanta to Auburn Uni for over an hour and there was absolutely nothing there but land...but who the hell wants to live there.
