i agree you never bet on the home team ....cuz you cant enjoy the game when betting against them and usually are biased to put ur money on them when the odds are not there..it is a no win situation....

  3. I agree with you Max.

I would go with the underdog, home team, huge winning streak Colts.

  5. So do you guys think the Pats/Colts line is about right? Would you touch it? This is clearly the biggest regular season game in years. It has almost a college feel to it, two undefeated teams playing for the number one ranking.

  6. If it is true that home field advantage is worth a touchdown, I have a hard time believing that the Colts would be 12 1/2 point underdogs if they were playing at Gillette stadium instead of at Indy. I think this will be a slugfest, and Indy has shown in the AFC Championship game that they have the ability to completely wear down the Pats defense. Of course, the Pats have a completely different offense this year, but the defense is still a worry against the relentless Colts offense. I'd have thought that with home field advantage the Colts would be slight favorites here (especially if Harrison plays). If there ever was a game to stay on the sidelines with a wager, this would be it IMO.

  7. I don't bet much AAA, so for fun, sure take the Colts!

For a serious bet, this is a tough one. If the Pats win, you won't be surprised. If the Colts win, you won't be surprised. Seems like a bookie's dream come true.

  8. Is Indy a better team than last year? I say most would answer no. Ask the same question about the Pats - almost all would say yes.

I agree the game is unbettable.

N.E. remembers last years game where they had a 21-3 lead????(something like that) and then allow Colts to come back and win. With all the "New Talent" N.E. has added this year on offense and Pats new attitude about not blowing large leads yes N.E. -5.

Quickly here Skins -3 and 1/2 against Jets. Hey brownsfan019 that Seattle/Browns is a late game that unfortunate:it could be good game.

  10. It sucks b/c the Colts/Pats are BLACKED out in Cleveland b/c of that stupid rule that you can't show another game when the home team is playing. I get it, but let's make an exception this weekend fellas!

Off to the bar it looks like.

    :D

As for our game, the Browns take this one easily. Frye makes his return to Cleveland as the 3rd string QB for Seattle and that's just not enough to push Seattle. I think the Anderson to Edwards connection continues. Maybe even a little more Winslow too.
