I should've said "95% of that house is superfluous and is uninhabitable..." in my previous comment. This is what happens when you are not having enough sleep. Well just because you can buy Ferraris doesn't mean you need to buy a Ferraris with ten thousand cars of limousines stretched behind it.

 

I was referring to your point about a cheap clothing guy buying an expensive house.

no one needs to buy a big house or a
Ferrari. But you also can’t take the money with you when you die.

Well apparently the company that bought the place plans to use it as offices and backdrop for its magazine photoshoots/promotions and possibly parties and client appreciation events. It's definitely not for residential use.
