  1. I just wanna be sure on this - you FOLLOW this clown, who has, by your own admission, cost you maybe 9% of what you coulda made just leaving your cash in a deposit a/c? While the rest of us are *coining* it trading this brilliant market? What institution are you in, and how did you get access to the internet?????

Well, I would be the first to admit that better results are possible. That they are easy to get is not so clear. Losing money is not a lot of fun, but beating the market is some compensation. Could you please share how the rest of you are 'coining' this market, or rather how you do it and how you are doing? Or would it be too much trouble to post some content?

    Regards,

    Karel

  4. I only have 14 stocks in my portfolio, I don't buy 100 stocks at a time, as you suggested. I think I am allowed to hold onto a few losers when 55 out of 67 of my picks are winners. That's a pretty good hit rate in a bear market I would offer.

I did not speak any untruths, I was clarifying a specific question. I have been writing about my picks for over 10 years, starting on Prodigy, then the Motley Fool and now on Yahoo. All are documented.

I think you need to choose your words more carefully. It is your right not to believe me. It is not your right to call me a liar.

  5. That's why I run a time series regression analysis. That's the key factor in the model. In fact, many of the stocks I buy are not at a new high but trading within 5% of the new high. If you would like for me to explain time series regression analysis to you, I'd be happy to as it is a fairly simple statistical concept.

  6. I love JBSS, by the way. It's nuts, like some of the people on here!

  10. how I can be such an excellent stock picker. I'd be skeptical too. I have not seen anyone as good as I am on the internet, on CNBC, on the radio, anywhere.

So you can go on not believing, or you can visit our FREE Yahoo Group from time to time to see how we are doing. Feel free to come back and ridicule me later if my amazing streak does not continue. On the other hand, if you recognize that my model really does work, or if you can incorporate part of it in your own trading strategy, isn't that what this whole thing is all about.

So drop in from time to time:

    http://groups.yahoo.com/group/mrmarketishuge/

better still, why don't you join the group (it's free) and post the same critical questions you have posted here, over there. Maybe some of the other members, who are not as HUGE as I am, can answer your questions a bit better than I have been able to.
