That's a very nice graphical representation of frequency/ sound waves that form musical scales/octaves. It's definitely all related. My mentor told me listening to classical music can help a trader stay in sync with the markets. I've tried it, but don't think it helped me.
Another glitch embedded in the current Gregorian Calendar. Ever wonder why traditional option expiries were when they were?
tangential on the period cycle of 5 yet makes the case that trading results are individual in nature regardless of another trader's success or failure with the practice https://qr.ae/prS6U3
Here's another angle on the number 5. Sokyu Honma, the 18th century Japanese rice farmer associated with Candlestick charts, developed the Sakata method that identifies 5 phases in the cyclic nature of market structure. 1. San Zan 2. San Sen 3. San Ku 4. San Pei 5. San Poh In my studies in occult geometry, I learned the 5 shaped pentagonal is made of triangles. The triangle is noted as the shape that brings balance in the interaction of 2 forces in opposition. (magnetic principle vs electrical principle) Not trying to get to deep, but flipping the triangles has been known to create and energy field.
Always luv doing deep, not many are up to it. I don't see the 5 phases in "San-en Kinsen Hiroku" - Fountain of Gold... got link? "Pei" and "Poh" aren't Japanese. This must be a derivative of Chinese 5 element theory in acupuncture. However, those terms aren't in that vernacular. On the topic of geometry, magnetic & electrical principle, you might enjoy Walter Russell's work if you haven't already. https://www.dataisnature.com/?p=616 Pinterest has a lot of his plates, quite beautiful and his work is unique in it's description of the magnetic/electric relationship. SVP also gets into this but more based on Keely's work. edit: I see the source of the "Sakata Method" is from Felipe Tudela. I've been on the lookout for better translations of Honma's books, no luck so far.
Sprout, I've read all of Russell's work! Now you're talking..haha I've read all his material and his Home study course in my Military days back in the 80's. That man was ahead of his time. Every one talks about Tesla, and Russell was his best friend. You're right on point about Felipe Tudela. I love Tudela's understanding of Homna's principles on the cycle of the market and cycle of the trader. I'm an avid reader and continue to pick up knowledge and understanding from reading. Walter Russell was an incredible man.
Good Morning Scataphagos, You are correct. We don't have the time for all that other stuff. Keep it Simple. Price TA
There's no less than a hundred books written on the subject. I recommend Planetary Harmonics of Speculative Markets by Larry Pesavento Knowledge is Power and Potential Profit, and we know "dumb" people rarely make consistent profits in the markets. Hence the term "Dumb Money".
I try to help sometimes, but traders either don't believe it or don't want to listen. But it's a fact... "With Price TA you can know with 100% certainty what the market just did and what it possibly/probably means". You don't get to know how long it will last nor how far it will go*. You "must play that by ear". And if you know Price TA, you know the alternatives to get on the right side of the move even if you get chopped/faked out initially. (The market isn't going to be a "lay-down, no brainer" for anybody... not even for me.... pretty close, though. ) * When you get an apparent "indication failure", it's more likely you're dealing TWO indications rather than a "failed one". The saga continues...
