Obama and Clinton both undid tax cuts signed into law by their predecessors.

Oh... do please cite examples. Changing non-expiring tax policy with cuts (like Republican presidents did) or increases (from Democrats) is different than undoing a Congressional budgetary tax bill with rates and rules which are committed to sunset at a defined time.

If Democrats had won the Presidency in 2024, they would have simply allowed the TCJA tax cuts to expire at the end of 2025 and revert back to the previous rates.

Let's see how Trump's return to the office mandate is working out.

You mean that government employees forced into the office are sitting around in the dark with no electricity, no wifi, no desks, and doing no work.

So I guess they are now actually doing what the MAGA crowd thought they were doing before the return to the office mandate -- i.e. Nothing.

‘It was messy’: Federal workers ordered to return to offices without desks, Wi-Fi and lights

Trump plans to fire 83,000 VA employees this year, 25% of whom are veterans themselves, in a gigantic f*ck you to all veterans. I will note that in recent weeks the VA has laid off many employees including nurses who have been with the VA for over a decade.

VA plans to lay off as many as 83,000 employees this year
A leaked memo released Tuesday called for VA to slash its workforce to 2019 levels that were in place before millions of veterans became newly eligible for care.

VA staffed up significantly under the Biden administration, including a record-setting year in fiscal 2023 when the Veterans Health Administration alone hired 61,000 new employees.

But there are a lot less of them, because many didn't come back. Win!
