We don't need to track educational outcomes. It's alright if all of them grow up stupid and become MAGA cult followers. Elon Musk’s Team Decimates Education Department Arm That Tracks National School Performance The Trump administration canceled $900 million in contracts overseen by the Institute of Education Sciences, which partners with scientists and education companies to compile and make public data about schools each year. https://www.propublica.org/article/...on-institute-education-science-contracts-doge
NCAA illegally limited athletes for decades, then opened the door and decided not to give guidance. This is the NCAA fault. But it is not bullshit at all. Athletes finally getting a share of the pie they helped fill for decades!
Trump issues EO pausing the enforcement of the FCPA. Most if not all developed countries have laws similar to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) that prohibit bribery of foreign officials. Trump's recent executive order pausing the enforcement of the FCPA has raised concerns about potential international repercussions. Critics argue that this move will lead to increased global corruption and damage the U.S.'s reputation. While it's uncertain how other countries will respond, there's a possibility that they might restrict American companies from participating in bids to maintain fair competition and uphold anti-corruption standards. https://apnews.com/article/b656ef40a0035591618d053aa0ac7458?utm_source= https://www.reuters.com/world/us/tr...corruption-enforcement-2025-02-12/?utm_source Just a few examples: United Kingdom: The Bribery Act 2010 is comprehensive legislation that criminalizes bribery, including the bribery of foreign public officials, and applies to individuals and companies both within the UK and abroad. Canada: The Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act (CFPOA) prohibits Canadian individuals and companies from bribing foreign public officials to obtain or retain business advantages internationally. Australia: The Criminal Code Act 1995 includes provisions that make it an offense for Australian citizens, residents, and companies to bribe foreign public officials in the course of international business. Germany: The German Criminal Code (Strafgesetzbuch), particularly under the Act on Combating International Bribery, criminalizes the bribery of foreign public officials and applies to German citizens and companies operating abroad. France: The Sapin II Law, enacted in 2016, strengthens France's anti-corruption framework by imposing strict compliance requirements on companies and establishing the French Anti-Corruption Agency. Brazil: The Brazilian Anti-Corruption Act, also known as the Clean Company Act, holds companies liable for corrupt practices against both domestic and foreign public administrations.
So $500 Million in food is just rotting away after Trump stops USAID distribution. Of course, Trump fires the IG who points this out. @wrbtrader @VOLdemort Since that is your proof, please clarify who or what you’re referring to as having a disability? Do you honestly think that being black is a disability?
You probably didn't listen to Trump's White House briefing when he acknowledge "he didn't know" what caused the crash and he then held up a piece of paper that he read out loud to the news media while blaming DEI... A piece of paper in his hands that he was reading. He then outline the types of people in the DEI program..."hearing, vision, missing extremities, partial paralysis, complete paralysis..." These are people from Trump's own DEI program in 2019. No proof needed. You only need to go to Youtube and listen carefully to his White House briefing when he blamed the types of people in the DEI program while he seemed to be confused that the program in question occurred BEFORE his 2nd term while forgetting it occurred in his 1st term back in 2019...a program that he created. Trump didn't say anything about "black", Voldemort (quote) did not say anything about "black", and I didn't write anything about someone being "black". In fact, Trump specifically stated "disable people", his DEI initiative program in 2019 is about "disability people" and I specifically discussed "disable people". Yet, you seem stuck on "black people". Here it is again what Trump said in reference to DEI program on that paper he was holding... "hearing, vision, missing extremities, partial paralysis, complete paralysis..." The good thing, Trump learned fast not to speak about something that's still an ongoing investigation instead of making dumbass statements like "I don't know" and then quickly blaming the Helicopter and then blaming Air Traffic Comptrollers. I say the above paragraph because there have been several other plane crashes (e.g. Philadelphia, Alaska, Houston) that he didn't give a White House briefing and play the blame game. Simply, if he didn't know...he shouldn't have attacked his own DEI program when he read that piece of paper that one news journalist tried to warn him that it was HIS program that he initiated back in 2019...a DEI initiative program he thought was from Obama and Biden. P.S. Many years ago, I was witness (standing on the ground after exiting another Army Helicopter) to a similar like crash between an U.S. Army Helicopter and a small civilian airplane (one pilot)...not a big commercial airline. Black people not involved in that plane crash too. It took the FAA and NTSB almost two years for their investigation to conclude it was the fault of the U.S. Army Helicopter pilots on a training mission...flying at the wrong attitude when it collided with the small civilian airplane that it had visual contact with. wrbtrader
"We will bring prices down," Trump said in his inaugural speech, before cutting grants for Alabama resulting in $100 electricity surcharges for ONLY the low income Alabamians who can't afford $100.
