I'm really trying to make sense of your post. Are you saying that you are short because you believe Russia's little cat & mouse game is being played because they know something that we don't? Or are you short because you thing Russia (or China, Iran, anyone for that matter) will cause a black swan event? Either way, this type of thing has been going on for decades and still hasn't resulted in a war between Russia and the US, so I don't put too much stock in it.

BTW, I doubt if that bomber got within 20 miles of the carrier group and was likely intercepted at 100m or more. You missed the news about the two chinese ships that blocked the way of our carrier group for nearly 18 hours. If it was me in command, there would be two less chinese ships roaming the seas, and one less russian bomber in the air!
