What you posted showed 1600 people died AFTER taking the vaccine,it did not say they died FROM the vaccine. 1600 people dieing after 100 million took the shot, and most of these people are older as that is who getting the shots could be people who would have died anyway. Even IF 1600 people died from the vaccine thats a miniscule number after over 100 million vaccinated.
How COVID changed media consumption in America https://www.axios.com/pandemic-medi...ews-966f4b15-60c5-45c2-a6ba-f5d77febda13.html The COVID-19 crisis put the news cycle on overdrive and propelled a massive shift to digital media — forcing consumers to sort through more news and information than ever before. Why it matters: In an attempt to navigate that influx, Americans leaned deeper into partisan echo chambers, further polarizing the nation. Details: The gap between Democrats' and Republicans' trust in mass media reached an all-time high by the end of 2020, and their media diets continued to diverge. The Republican party has splintered into one faction that continues to follow more mainstream news and personalities, and another that does not. Democrats continued to lean into mainstream news outlets and traditional social platforms like Facebook and Twitter, while huge swaths of Republicans flocked to more hyper-partisan outlets and underground networks. Despite these divisions, an uptick in reliance on cable TV news emerged as one area of common ground between parties last year, per Pew Research Center. So did appreciation for local news. The big picture: The shift to virtual life, and a major decline of trust in media, wreaked havoc on the health of America's information ecosystem. A majority of Americans last year said they saw made-up news about the pandemic and the election. An analysis from NewsGuard, provided to Axios, found that unreliable news websites significantly increased their share of engagement among the top performing news sources on social media last year. Be smart: For Americans looking to escape the headlines, entertainment content became easier to access at home than ever before, thanks to heavy investments in streaming from Hollywood and Silicon Valley. Several new streaming services launched in the past year, including HBO Max, Peacock, Paramount+, and Discovery+. Subscription video streaming increased by 33.9% from 2019 to 2020, per eMarketer. With theaters mostly shut, consumers for the first time were able to experience an array of new movies from the convenience of their homes. Lockdowns nudged more Americans to invest in internet-connected devices like smart speakers, which helped to contribute to a massive audio boom throughout the pandemic — especially for podcasts. The lack of live sports pushed more media companies to invest in content around sports betting, as the practice became legalized in many more states. What's next: Many of these habits will be hard to undo. Screen time for kids and adults has consistently increased over the past year, despite easing COVID restrictions. Evidence disputing major conspiracy theories hasn't helped to break filter bubbles. And the traditional 90-day window between theatrical and streaming releases is unlikely to return.
The guy who had the vaccine developed at warp speed and advised people to take the vaccine is responsible for those who are not taking the vaccine? You are going to have explain that...seems a bit off the wall to me.
I responded as to why Trump is still being discussed. I'm not sure what your reply has to do with my post.?
Hollyweird, hard at work doing purges like the Communists they are. After Chris Harrison, host of the Bachelor got cut off the knees, Piers Morgan for criticizing extreme liberal darling Megan Markle, now it is Sharon Osborne's turn for defending Piers Morgan. Ha ha ha ha! Extreme liberal blood letting, it is so funny. How is that cancel culture thingy doing for you guys? Let me get some popcorn. https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment...son-peete-too-ghetto-complaint-182656500.html
Trump did not have the vaccine developed moron. https://fortune.com/2020/11/09/pfizer-vaccine-funding-warp-speed-germany/ It’s said that success has many authors, and the encouraging data from Pfizer Inc.’s experimental COVID-19 vaccine had plenty of people in Washington lining up to take credit. Vice President Mike Pence was among Trump administration officials saying support from the government’s Operation Warp Speed program helped accelerate the development of the vaccine, which was found to be more than 90% effective in preventing symptomatic COVID-19 infections in an interim analysis. The truth is that Pfizer didn’t receive any funding from Operation Warp Speed for the development, clinical trial and manufacturing of the vaccine. Rather, its partner, BioNTech SE, has received money -- from the German government. BioNTech is credited for contributing the messenger RNA technology, which prompts the body to make a key protein from the virus, creating an immune response. The biotechnology company already had a history of working with Pfizer on influenza vaccines, and in March they clinched a deal to co-develop a shot to prevent against COVID-19 at research sites both in the U.S. and Germany. The two companies began human testing of the vaccine in April, before the existence of Operation Warp Speed was revealed publicly. Berlin gave the German company $445 million in an agreement in September to help accelerate the vaccine by building out manufacturing and development capacity in its home market.
I did not expect you to be able to connect the dots... the problem started when you took my full quote out of context... My point to you and others is... there was no reason to bring Trump into this discussion as he was the guy who developed the vaccine at warp speed... and advised people to take it. If the those waiting to take the vaccine were in lock step with Trump they would be lining up for the vaccine instead of rejecting it or waiting for more data. In short... Disparaging a group as Trump followers... yet they are not following Trump. There people may have been Trump voters... but not necessarily Trump followers.
If I refer to "Trump followers," and you are not a "Trump follower," well ... then ... I wouldn't be referring to you.
