Stampede" headline in 1994 when republicans swept into power and absolutely neutral and ambiguous "The center is the new place" headline in 2006 which does not even tell you who won. apples and oranges. we are in the middle of a god damn war. That's actually true, but only to a certain extent. The liberal media will go after a Democrat, like say dipshit Al Gore in 2000, but NEVER will you see them take anything other than a liberal stance on issues that liberals and conservatives are at opposite ends of the spectrum on. Like abortion, gun control, a strong military, etc, etc...... Never.....
