The border will never be secured because they won't do what it takes to secure it, which is armed military shooting illegals as they cross. That won't happen, and we all know it. What needs to happen is to take away all incentives to come here and harsh prosecution of those slave traders that hire illegals. Eliminate the idiotic Anchor Baby scheme along with no free services for illegals. No education, no heathcare, no public aid, no nothing. Once all that is done, then streamline the process for coming in legally. Simple really, but it's only simple if you want to actually fix the problem. They don't, so they won't!
