Last month for August I made +20% net profit and I got a decent 5-figure payout for that, which is already in my bank account.
It is a scam until it is proven it is not. WTF is a "certificate of payout"? Why the hell would they go through the motion of publishing some nonsensical piece of paper? Why not some redacted stub? And what's with the sequential 2K payouts all in a row? Why not one lump sum? Skirting the 10K rule? Still doesn't pass the sniff test.
At Apex a lot of the traders buy multiple accounts, so i assume that's the reason for the sequential payouts, 1 payout for each account. "It is a scam until it is proven it is not". In what country do you live? It's the first time i ever heard anything like you are guilty until proven otherwise, luckily in most modern/western nations it's exactly the opposite, not guilty until proven otherwise.
There are too many anecdotal accounts of people being defrauded by firms like this, so the onus is on them to be as transparent as possible and prove they are living up to their claims of paying out profits as promised. How come we never hear of these anecdotal stories of fraud from US-based stock/futures brokers?
These companies aren't brokers, so I don't know why you would want to compare them. The burden of proof is on the one doing the accusations, not on the one being accused.
