So, you're saying that the command chain present in Afghanistan had no responsibilities. They shouldn't have said, "Hey! we need to request transportation for the dogs!" They shouldn't have said, "Hey! we need to destroy these sensitive devices/docs that can be used against our informants!" You're saying this responsibility skipped everyone in the chain, and was the direct responsibility of the POTUS? You're saying we can do away with officers? And just let the enlisted contact POTUS for any and everything?
