This decision of the US Supreme Court will still matter as to getting his name on the ballot, win or lose. It also, sets a precedent decision for the future. These dirty tricks of the Democrats will end if the US Supreme Court decides rightfully, that President Donald Trump cannot be removed from the ballot.

Yeah and also, some might stay home and that would affect down-ticket candidates I would imagine.

The argument that Trump's attorneys haven't made yet, but hopefully they will if need be, is that of the pardon power. You really can't bring charges against an ex-president for things that happened during the time that he/she had the power to pardon themselves. That is simply unfair as they could have pardoned themselves, thus creating immunity. ----What will likely happen in the future is that presidents will start granting themselves a blanket pardon just before leaving office if this immunity claim is denied. As far as state charges----it is currently untested but I contend that the president can pardon state charges as well owing to the Federal Supremacy Clause in The Constitution,

This just in on the case of Colorado trying to remove President Donald Trump's name from the ballot and Judge Kavanaugh has asked a series of tough questions from attorneys defending Colorado in this case. Specifically, refers to the insurrection part. Cannot wait for the decision and what the justices say about the case.

I wish someone would answer my question, preferably someone who knows the answer. Where is Mr. Pompeo?

Your assuming something illogical. Logic would have it that no President could pardon themself. Apologize yes; pardon no.
