The invariable outcome of Trump's immunity appeal

Unfortunately, it's not over for the ET talking heads that will again post a furious number of different polls that show Trump far ahead of Biden in the polls, Biden's low job approval numbers and post reminders about minorities not voting for Biden.

Essentially, the talking heads are ignoring that Trump is a rapist, he's required to pay 83 million dollars in a civil defamation case, he has several pending criminal cases because he has "no immunity" and several states are trying like hell to keep him off the ballots for his involvement in the insurrection on Democracy, U.S. Constitution & people of America.

Fortunately, polls are opinions only and not civil cases & not criminal cases that use facts and evidence.

DeSantis is probably now regretting he dropped out of the race for the Republican nomination. :D  :banghead:

President Donald Trump needs to appeal these cases to the US Supreme Court. He does not have a chance in the lower courts which is packed by extreme liberal Democrat judges and jurors.

Trump can appeal this case to the Supreme Court. However as outlined in the article I posted earlier today, Trump will not get any traction in the Supreme Court.

The reasoning from the DC Appeals Court is airtight. This issue of "Presidential Immunity" is not something that the Supreme Court wants to deal with. Most likely they will simply refuse to hear the appeal and let the ruling from the DC Appeals Court stand.

The 14th Amendment suit from Colorado is something the US Supreme Court is much more likely to pick up and address.

I just learned something new today considering I didn't know a candidate can re-enter the political race after dropping out.

Yet, I'm sure that if he's considering such a bold move...he would do such when it's still mathematically possible to win enough of the remaining ballots to win the RNC nomination... there are still a lot of ballots out there too.

Shows how horrible a President Biden is that voters are willing to ignore all that rather than live 4 more years with Biden :D:D:D
