"Got to check those levels indeed, since the head hair is gone but the body is like warewolf. (Laughs) "

That s what exogenous testosterone tends to do to men, so you might be alright

"It's like story with Dalio and his cancer.
One doctor told that he has 24 months left.
Second doc, that he will need an extreme surgery of some kind and survival rate is 50%
Third ,that he will need to take daily 20 pils of different med and side effects will be nasty.

In the end, he brought together those 3 world class docs and ended up with few pils per day. Alive to this day, 5 -7 yrs later."

That s nasty for fault of better words, I m a bit traumatized btw about Mrs, who is chinese and not the most stable psychologically, she never went to see a doctor during her 10 years in France except to follow her pregnancies, than when back in Shenzhen, China took to heart to hit the emergency wards almost every time she felt unwell, and despite the horrendous reputation of the health care there, trusted whatever the doctors told her without even double checking with much more reliable neighbourhing Hong Kong doctors. Paid a heavy price for it I m afraid, which harmed the rest of the family as well. I ve heard insane advice from doctors in China btw, sometimes thought they had upgraded janitors to specialist doctors because of lack of qualified staff.

"Martial arts for you, mainly to defend yourself - others ?
Whats the drive for it ?
    Hobby ?"

Yes, mostly hobby, we definetely don t live in a rough place, but I m fan of strenght and combat sports and would like both kids to keep on fighting. At the moment we all train together which is rather fun. Not very busy though, and have been spending quite a bit of time doing sports over the last few years. Transition from cardio inexistent powerlifting to fighting training has been tough, used to train Muay Thai in my mid 20s, abt 10 hours a week, but was in a lower weight category. Transition should be much easier if you have a calisthenics body type and half decent resistance. Grapplimg has been particularly difficult for me, ended up gasping for air after even short time on the floor. Lots of disparaging jokes about Crossfit, but actually what crossfitters do is pretty similar to conditionning for fighters.

  4. Steroids have been popular among athletes and bodybuilders for many years, but last decades, studies have proved that steroids could cause serious health problems for anyone who uses it. That is why people are constantly searching for new alternatives to these preparations.

  5. One of the best alternatives represents SARMS. These are performance-enhancing agents that stimulate anabolism; sarms are not dangerous for your health and seem to be more efficient if compared with steroids. You can read more about SARMS and its effects on your body at https://purerawz.co/ .
