Funny thing, those headlines. One headline read, "Due to competition from China" (bad dog) next headline was an "I told you so" waste of taxpayer dollars. Must be a moral to the story somewhere in there. If you're trying to turn a business around (or a country in our case) you might try to focus on what is working or works, not trying to resuscitate a dead dog. Cut your losses? No way. We throw mo money at it.
