Pretty sad, but this is true f**g taxes

 

That opening sentence about the IRS being understaffed is bullshit. They may claim to be understaffed when it comes to catching rich tax evaders but they're fully staffed and have endless resources when it comes harassing everyday working Joe's over taxes.
