FYI, even in Kenia schools have sufficient budgets to be properly equipped with stationary, in many places in the US teachers actually have to buy them out of their own pockets if they want to use stationary at all and not draw imaginary circles in the air. PS: the budget allocations have not changed much and looked very similar in 2015 or 2016 as well, so let's not make this about left or right. This is an American problem not a Republican or Democratic one.

Domestically the country in many places has turned into a third world shit hole while the 1% are building fences around themselves and live in gated communities. US is quickly turning into South Africa in many places. And yet the poor and Middle class are dumb enough to have their hard earned dollars turned into military spending to wage wars the poor have to send their sons, not the rich.
